ដំណឹងផ្លូវការដ៏មានន័យសំខាន់សម្រាប់កម្ពុជា

ក្រោមការដឹកនាំដ៏ឆ្លាតវៃរបស់ សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត និងកិច្ចសហការរវាងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា និងសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ដឹកនាំដោយ ឯកឧត្តម ប្រធានាធិបតី Donald Trump, ក្រោយពេលកម្ពុជា និងថៃបានចុះហត្ថលេខា លើកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាពជាផ្លូវការ នៅប្រទេសម៉ាឡេស៊ី ថ្ងៃទី២៦ តុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នេះ សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកបានប្រកាសផ្តល់អាទិភាពជាច្រើនបែបដល់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ដូចខាងក្រោម៖

ដកការហាមឃាត់អាវុធ (The Arms Embargo) ចំពោះប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ដែលមានន័យថា កម្ពុជានឹងអាចទិញ និងទទួលបានគ្រឿងសព្វាវុធទំនើបៗ ពីសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក និងប្រទេសសម្ព័ន្ធមិត្តរបស់អាមេរិក បានដូចជាប្រទេសដទៃទៀត។

ការសមយុទ្ធយោធា «ឆ្មាំអង្គរ» (Angkor Sentinel) នឹងត្រូវរៀបចំឡើងម្ដងទៀត បន្ទាប់ពីបញ្ចប់ការឈប់សមយុទ្ធតាំងពីឆ្នាំ២០១៧ ដោយមានការយល់ព្រមរបស់ភាគីទាំងពីរ ក្នុងគោលបំណងពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពការពារជាតិ និងសម្ព័ន្ធភាពយោធា។

បង្កើនឱកាសសិក្សារបស់យោធិនកម្ពុជា នៅសាលាយោធាដ៏ល្បីៗរបស់សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ដូចជា សាលា West Point, បណ្ឌិត្យសភាកងទ័ពជើងអាកាស និងកម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈយោធាផ្សេងៗទៀត។

Official and Historic Announcement for Cambodia

Under the wise leadership of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, and through the strengthened cooperation between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the United States of America, led by H.E. President Donald Trump, following the official signing of the Cambodia–Thailand Peace Agreement held in Malaysia on October 26, 2025, the United States has officially granted several key priorities to Cambodia as follows:

Lifting of the Arms Embargo - The United States has officially removed the arms embargo on Cambodia, allowing the Kingdom to legally purchase and acquire modern weaponry and military equipment from the U.S. and its allied nations.

Resumption of the “Angkor Sentinel” Joint Military Exercise - Both sides have agreed to resume the joint defense exercise “Angkor Sentinel,” which was last conducted in 2017. The exercise aims to strengthen national defense capabilities and military cooperation between the two nations.

Expansion of Military Education Opportunities for Cambodian Officers - The United States will increase the number of scholarships and placements for Cambodian military officers to study at prestigious American military institutions, such as West Point, the U.S. Air Force Academy, and other professional military training programs.

Enhanced Cooperation in Security and Law Enforcement - Both countries will expand collaboration in combating transnational organized crime, drug trafficking, and cyber fraud. This effort is crucial as, every year, numerous U.S. citizens have become victims of online scams, with total estimated losses exceeding 10 billion U.S. dollars.

This renewed partnership marks a historic milestone, symbolizing a new era of peace, cooperation, and progress for Cambodia under the leadership of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet.
