AOT បញ្ឈប់ការផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់បទឈប់បាញ់បន្ទាប់ពីមានការផ្ទុះនៅខាងថៃ

ក្រុមសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (AOT) បានផ្អាកបេសកកម្មផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់បទឈប់បាញ់របស់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែវិច្ឆិកា បន្ទាប់ពីឮសំឡេងផ្ទុះពីភាគីថៃ។ ហេតុការណ៍នេះបានកើតឡើងនៅម៉ោង ១១:០៨ ព្រឹក ខណៈពេលដែលក្រុមកំពុងរៀបចំធ្វើការនៅចំណុចត្រួតពិនិត្យ CH1 ក្នុងឃុំថ្មដា ស្រុកវាលវែង ខេត្តពោធិ៍សាត់។

អ្នកនាំពាក្យក្រសួងការពារជាតិកម្ពុជា លោកស្រី ម៉ាលី សុជាតា បានបញ្ជាក់ពីការផ្អាកនេះ ហើយបានកត់សម្គាល់ថា ទោះបីជាមានការរំខានក៏ដោយ ស្ថានភាពនៅតែស្ងប់ស្ងាត់ចាប់តាំងពីឧប្បត្តិហេតុនេះមក។

AOT Halts Ceasefire Verification After Thai-Side Explosions

The ASEAN Observation Team (AOT) suspended its ceasefire verification mission on November 19 after explosions were heard from the Thai side. The incident occurred at 11:08 a.m. while the team was preparing to conduct work at Checkpoint CH1 in Thmorda Commune, Veal Veng District, Pursat Province.  

Cambodian National Defence spokeswoman Maly Socheata confirmed the suspension and noted that despite the disruption, the situation has remained calm since the incident.
