កម្ពុជាបដិសេធការចោទប្រកាន់របស់ថៃ និងបញ្ជាក់ពីកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាព

រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាបានសម្តែងការព្រួយបារម្ភយ៉ាងខ្លាំងចំពោះរបាយការណ៍ដែលថាប្រទេសថៃបានផ្អាកការអនុវត្តសេចក្តីប្រកាសរួម (កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាពកូឡាឡាំពួរ) ដែលបានចុះហត្ថលេខានៅថ្ងៃទី 26 ខែតុលា និងដោយមានប្រធានាធិបតីអាមេរិក ដូណាល់ ត្រាំ និងនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីម៉ាឡេស៊ី អាន់វ៉ា អ៊ីប្រាហ៊ីម ជាសាក្សី។ ការផ្អាកនេះដែរ​ ក៏បានផ្អាកការដោះលែងទាហានកម្ពុជាចំនួន 18 នាក់ផងដែរ ហើយត្រូវបានគេរាយការណ៍ថា បណ្តាលមកពីការផ្ទុះមីននៅថ្ងៃទី 10 ខែវិច្ឆិកា នៅជិតតំបន់ព្រំដែនភ្នំទ្រព្យ ដែលបានធ្វើឱ្យទាហានថៃបីនាក់រងរបួស។ ប្រទេសថៃបានលើកឡើងពីហេតុការណ៍នេះថាជាភស្តុតាងនៃអរិភាពដែលកំពុងបន្ត និងការរំលោភលើកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀង។

ក្រសួងការបរទេសកម្ពុជាបានបដិសេធយ៉ាងដាច់អហង្ការចំពោះការចោទប្រកាន់របស់ប្រទេសថៃ​ថាមីនថ្មីត្រូវបានដាក់​ ដោយកត់សម្គាល់ថា មីនតាមបណ្តោយព្រំដែនដែលមិនទាន់បានកំណត់ព្រំដែន គឺជាសំណល់ចាស់ៗពីសង្គ្រាមស៊ីវិលនៃទសវត្សរ៍ឆ្នាំ 1970 និង 1980 ដែលមិនទាន់ត្រូវបានបោសសម្អាត។ ក្រសួងបានបញ្ជាក់ជាថ្មីនូវការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តដ៏រឹងមាំរបស់កម្ពុជាក្នុងការអនុវត្តសេចក្តីប្រកាសរួម និងការប្រកាន់ខ្ជាប់របស់ខ្លួនចំពោះសន្ធិសញ្ញាហាមឃាត់មីនប្រឆាំងមនុស្ស​ដោយអះអាងថា ខ្លួនមិនដែលប្រើប្រាស់មីនថ្មីណាមួយឡើយ។

Cambodia Denies Thai Allegations, Affirms Peace Accord

The Royal Government of Cambodia has expressed grave concern over reports that Thailand suspended the implementation of the Joint Declaration (Kuala Lumpur Peace Accord), signed on October 26 and witnessed by US President Donald Trump and Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim. The suspension, which also halted the scheduled release of 18 Cambodian soldiers, reportedly stems from a landmine explosion on November 10 near the Phnom Trop border area that injured three Thai soldiers. Thailand cited this incident as evidence of ongoing hostility and a violation of the accord.

Cambodia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs categorically denied Thailand’s allegation that new landmines were laid, noting that the mines along the un-demarcated border are old remnants from the civil wars of the 1970s and 1980s that have not yet been cleared. The Ministry reaffirmed Cambodia’s unwavering commitment to implementing the Joint Declaration and its adherence to the Anti-Personnel Mine Ban Convention, asserting that it has never and will never use any new landmines.
