Sar Kheng Delivers Aid to Military Units in Battambang

Sar Kheng, a member of the Supreme Privy Council to the King and a lawmaker for Battambang, on Saturday presided over a ceremony to provide food and logistical support to the 4th and 5th Military Region Commands.

The event was held at the Battambang Provincial Hall and attended by Provincial Governor Sok Lou. The aid delivery aims to improve the welfare of frontline soldiers and support humanitarian assistance for communities along the border.

Governor Sok Lou briefed attendees on the local security and humanitarian situation, praising Sar Kheng for his continued support for soldiers and civilians affected by past border tensions.

Speaking at the ceremony, Sar Kheng conveyed greetings from Senate President Hun Sen and Prime Minister Hun Manet, and thanked military personnel for their dedication in protecting national sovereignty. He also expressed appreciation to private donors who have contributed to ongoing relief efforts for both soldiers and local communities.
