នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី៖ ការកំណត់ព្រំដែនមិនមែនអំពីដីធ្លីដែលបាត់បង់ ឬ ទទួលបានទេ

លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត បានបញ្ជាក់នៅថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែវិច្ឆិកាថា ការវាស់វែងព្រំដែន និងការបោះបង្គោលព្រំដែនបណ្ដោះអាសន្នរបស់កម្ពុជាជាមួយប្រទេសថៃ គឺមានគោលបំណងតែមួយគត់ក្នុងការបង្កើតខ្សែព្រំដែនច្បាស់លាស់ មិនមែនគណនាការទទួលបានដី ឬការខាតបង់នោះទេ។ លោកបានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់ថា ដំណើរការនេះអនុវត្តតាមឯកសារប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រពីអាណាព្យាបាលបារាំង និងច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ ដោយបញ្ជាក់ជាថ្មីនូវការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរបស់កម្ពុជាក្នុងការគោរពអធិបតេយ្យភាព ខណៈពេលដែលការពារយ៉ាងរឹងមាំនូវអធិបតេយ្យភាពរបស់ខ្លួន។

លោកបានពន្យល់ថា ការបោះបង្គោលព្រំដែនបណ្ដោះអាសន្ននេះគឺជាផ្នែកមួយនៃដំណោះស្រាយសន្តិភាព និងយូរអង្វែង ដើម្បីដោះស្រាយជម្លោះ និងធ្វើឱ្យសហគមន៍ព្រំដែនមានស្ថិរភាព។ នៅពេលដែលការវាស់វែងត្រូវបានបញ្ចប់ ក្រុមការងាររួមមកពីប្រទេសទាំងពីរនឹងពិនិត្យឡើងវិញនូវការប្រើប្រាស់ដីធ្លី និងស្វែងរកដំណោះស្រាយដែលអាចទទួលយកបានទៅវិញទៅមក។ លោក ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត បានជំរុញឱ្យមានទំនុកចិត្តពីសាធារណជនលើរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងគណៈកម្មការព្រំដែនរួម ដោយបានបញ្ជាក់ពីវិជ្ជាជីវៈ និងការលះបង់របស់ពួកគេក្នុងការការពារផលប្រយោជន៍ជាតិ។

PM: Border Demarcation Not About Land Lost or Gained

Prime Minister Hun Manet clarified on November 25 that Cambodia’s border measurement and temporary demarcation with Thailand is aimed solely at establishing clear boundary lines, not calculating land gains or losses. He stressed that the process follows historical documents from the French protectorate and international law, reaffirming Cambodia’s commitment to respect sovereignty while firmly protecting its own.  

He explained that the temporary demarcation is part of a peaceful, long-term solution to resolve disputes and stabilize border communities. Once measurements are complete, joint working groups from both countries will review land use and seek mutually acceptable solutions. Hun Manet urged public trust in the Royal Government and the Joint Boundary Commission, highlighting their professionalism and dedication to safeguarding national interests.
