កម្ពុជារំពឹងថាប្រទេសថៃនឹងដោះលែងទាហានតាមការព្រមព្រៀង

លោក ទៀ សីហា រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងការពារជាតិ បានជំរុញឱ្យប្រទេសថៃគោរពស្មារតីនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅពិសេស (GBC) ដែលបានបង្កើតបទឈប់បាញ់ចាប់ផ្តើមនៅម៉ោង ១២ ថ្ងៃត្រង់ ថ្ងៃទី ២៦ ខែធ្នូ និងកំណត់លក្ខខណ្ឌសម្រាប់ការដោះលែងទាហានកម្ពុជាចំនួន ១៨ នាក់ បន្ទាប់ពីការអនុវត្តរយៈពេល ៧២ ម៉ោង។ លោកបានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់ថា ការដោះលែងនេះស្របតាមសេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួមទីក្រុងគូឡាឡាំពួរ ដែលបានចុះហត្ថលេខាកាលពីខែតុលា ហើយបានអំពាវនាវឱ្យមានតម្លាភាព ភាពស្មោះត្រង់ និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ ដើម្បីកសាងទំនុកចិត្តឡើងវិញ និងស្តារភាពប្រក្រតីឡើងវិញរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ។

លោក សីហា បានសម្តែងក្តីសង្ឃឹមថា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៦ នឹងនាំមកនូវសន្តិភាព និងសុវត្ថិភាពសម្រាប់ទាំងពលរដ្ឋកម្ពុជា និងថៃ តាមរយៈការប្រកាន់ខ្ជាប់នូវបទឈប់បាញ់។ ការយល់ច្រឡំនៅថ្ងៃទី ២៧ ខែធ្នូ បានបង្ហាញថា បទឈប់បាញ់ត្រូវបានកំណត់ត្រឹម ៧២ ម៉ោង ប៉ុន្តែរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងព័ត៌មាន លោក នេត្រ ភក្ត្រា បានបញ្ជាក់ថា វាមានបំណងសម្រាប់រយៈពេលវែង ដោយលក្ខខណ្ឌ ៧២ ម៉ោងអនុវត្តតែចំពោះការដោះលែងទាហានប៉ុណ្ណោះ។

Cambodia expects Thailand to release soldiers as agreed

Minister of National Defence Tea Seiha urged Thailand to honor the spirit of the special General Border Committee (GBC) meeting, which established a ceasefire beginning at noon on December 26 and set conditions for the release of 18 Cambodian soldiers after 72 hours of its implementation. He emphasized that the release aligns with the Kuala Lumpur Joint Statement signed in October and called for transparency, sincerity, and cooperation to rebuild trust and restore normalcy between the two nations.  

Seiha expressed hope that 2026 will bring peace and safety for both Cambodian and Thai citizens through adherence to the ceasefire. A misunderstanding on December 27 suggested the ceasefire was limited to 72 hours, but Minister of Information Neth Pheaktra clarified that it is intended to be long-term, with the 72-hour condition applying only to the soldiers’ release.
