China and Russia have jointly warned the United States to stop its militarization and arms competition in outer space. Beijing called on Washington to immediately halt all preparations for space warfare, while Moscow emphasized that outer space should remain entirely free of all types of weapons. This combined response from Chinese and Russian officials follows a public acknowledgment by the US that it possesses armed capabilities deployed in Earth's orbit.
