Prince Holding Group Founder Chen Zhi Arrested, Extradited to China: Interior Ministry
Founder and Chairman of Prince Holding Group, Chen Zhi, has been arrested and extradited to China for further investigation over alleged transnational crime operations, according to the Ministry of Interior.
In a statement released late Wednesday night, the ministry said that, within the framework of cooperation to combat transnational crime and pursuant to a request from the relevant authorities of the People’s Republic of China, Cambodian authorities arrested three Chinese nationals—Chen Zhi, Xu Ji Liang and Shao Ji Hui—and extradited them to China.
“This operation was carried out on January 6, 2026, following several months of joint investigative cooperation between the relevant authorities of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the People’s Republic of China,” the ministry said.
The ministry further clarified that Chen Zhi’s Cambodian nationality was revoked by a Royal Decree issued by His Majesty the King in December 2025, in accordance with the Law on Nationality of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
Ministry of Interior Deputy Spokesman Touch Sokhak said the arrests were made at the request of the Chinese authorities and followed thorough investigations conducted by relevant Cambodian agencies.

នៅក្នុងសេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍មួយដែលបានចេញផ្សាយនៅយប់ថ្ងៃពុធ ក្រសួងបាននិយាយថា ក្នុងក្របខ័ណ្ឌនៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការដើម្បីប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងនឹងឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មឆ្លងដែន និងស្របតាមសំណើរបស់អាជ្ញាធរពាក់ព័ន្ធនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន អាជ្ញាធរកម្ពុជាបានចាប់ខ្លួនជនជាតិចិនចំនួនបីនាក់គឺលោក Chen Zhi លោក Xu Ji Liang និងលោក Shao Ji Hui ហើយបានធ្វើបត្យាប័នពួកគេទៅប្រទេសចិន។
ក្រសួងបានឲ្យដឹងថា «ប្រតិបត្តិការនេះត្រូវបានអនុវត្តនៅថ្ងៃទី 6 ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ 2026 បន្ទាប់ពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការស៊ើបអង្កេតរួមគ្នារយៈពេលជាច្រើនខែរវាងអាជ្ញាធរពាក់ព័ន្ធនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន»។
ក្រសួងបានបញ្ជាក់បន្ថែមទៀតថា សញ្ជាតិកម្ពុជារបស់លោក Chen Zhi ត្រូវបានដកហូតវិញដោយព្រះរាជក្រឹត្យដែលចេញដោយព្រះករុណាព្រះមហាក្សត្រ ក្នុងខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ស្របតាមច្បាប់ស្តីពីសញ្ជាតិនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។
លោក ទូច សុខហាក់ អ្នកនាំពាក្យរងក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ បានមានប្រសាសន៍ថា ការចាប់ខ្លួននេះ ត្រូវបានធ្វើឡើងតាមការស្នើសុំរបស់អាជ្ញាធរចិន និងបានធ្វើឡើងបន្ទាប់ពីការស៊ើបអង្កេតយ៉ាងហ្មត់ចត់ ដែលធ្វើឡើងដោយភ្នាក់ងារពាក់ព័ន្ធរបស់កម្ពុជា។
