នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៨ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ចាប់ពីម៉ោងប្រហែល០៥ និង០៤នាទី យោធាថៃបានបើកការបាញ់ប្រហារមកលើកងកម្លាំងកម្ពុជានៅតំបន់អានសេ ខេត្តព្រះវិហារ បន្ទាប់មកបានបាញ់ទៅលើប្រាសាទតាមាន់ធំដោយប្រើរថក្រោះជាច្រើនគ្រាប់ និងនៅតំបន់ប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារ។

ការវាយប្រហារនេះបានកើតឡើងបន្ទាប់ពីយោធាថៃបានធ្វើសកម្មភាពញុះញង់រាប់មិនអស់ក្នុងរយៈពេលប៉ុន្មានថ្ងៃកន្លងមកនេះ ជាពិសេសឧបទ្ទវហេតុកាលពីម្សិលមិញដោយមានចេតនាញុះញង់ឱ្យមានការប៉ះទង្គិចគ្នា។

ក្នុងស្មារតីគោរពរាល់កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងដែលបានព្រមព្រៀងគ្នា និងការដោះស្រាយវិវាទដោយសន្តិវិធី ស្របតាមច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ ក្នុងឧបទ្ទវហេតុទីពីរ កងកម្លាំងកម្ពុជាមិនតបតវិញទេ ហើយកំពុងបន្តតាមដានការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍នេះដោយយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ និងយកចិត្តទុកដាក់បំផុត។

ជាមួយគ្នានេះ កម្ពុជាបានជូនដំណឹងដល់ក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (AOT) ជាលើកទី២ អំពីឧបទ្ទវហេតុនេះ ហើយគ្រោងនឹងស្នើសុំ AOT ទៅកាន់កន្លែងធ្វើការស៊ើបអង្កេត ដើម្បីស្វែងរកការពិត និងធានាតម្លាភាព យុត្តិធម៌ និងយុត្តិធម៌។

ក្រសួងការពារជាតិនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា សូមធ្វើការថ្កោលទោសយ៉ាងខ្លាំងក្លាចំពោះទង្វើអមនុស្សធម៌ និងឃោរឃៅនេះ ដែលបង្ហាញឱ្យឃើញយ៉ាងច្បាស់នៅពេលដែលភាគីថៃបានរំលោភលើ “សេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួមស្តីពីកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាពកម្ពុជា-ថៃ” ដែលភាគីទាំងពីរបានចុះហត្ថលេខាកាលពីថ្ងៃទី ២៦ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៥ ដែលចុះហត្ថលេខាដោយនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីកម្ពុជា និងថៃ ក្រោមការបញ្ជាក់របស់ ឯកឧត្តម ត្រាំ ប្រធានាធិបតីសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក និងឯកឧត្តម ដូណាល់ ត្រាំ។ លោក Ibrahim នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីម៉ាឡេស៊ី និងជាប្រធានអាស៊ាន។

ក្នុងន័យនេះ កម្ពុជាសូមអំពាវនាវដល់សហគមន៍អន្តរជាតិថ្កោលទោសយ៉ាងដាច់អហង្ការចំពោះការរំលោភលើសេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួមស្តីពីកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាពកម្ពុជា-ថៃ និងទង្វើខុសច្បាប់ម្តងហើយម្តងទៀតរបស់ប្រទេសថៃ ដោយទាមទារឱ្យប្រទេសថៃទទួលខុសត្រូវទាំងស្រុងចំពោះការរំលោភយ៉ាងជាក់ស្តែងនេះ។

On the morning of December 8, 2025, starting at approximately 05:04, the Thai military opened fire on Cambodian forces in the An Ses area of ​​Preah Vihear province, then fired at Ta Moan Thom temple using multiple tanks, and at the Preah Vihear temple area.

This attack came after the Thai military had carried out countless provocative actions over the past few days, especially yesterday’s incident, with the intention of inciting clashes.

In the spirit of respecting all agreed agreements and resolving disputes peacefully in accordance with international law, in the second incident, Cambodian forces did not return fire and are continuing to monitor this development with the utmost care and attention.

Meanwhile, Cambodia has already notified the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT) for the second time about the incident and plans to request the AOT to go to the site to conduct an investigation to find the truth and ensure transparency, justice, and fairness.

The Ministry of National Defense of the Kingdom of Cambodia would like to express its strong condemnation of this inhuman and brutal act, which is clearly demonstrated when the Thai side violated the “Joint Statement on the Cambodia-Thailand Peace Agreement” signed by both parties on October 26, 2025, signed by the Prime Ministers of Cambodia and Thailand, under the witness of His Excellency Donald Trump, President of the United States, and His Excellency Anwar Ibrahim, Prime Minister of Malaysia and Chair of ASEAN.

In this regard, Cambodia calls on the international community to strongly condemn the violation of the Joint Statement on the Cambodia-Thailand Peace Agreement and Thailand’s repeated illegal actions, demanding that Thailand be held fully accountable for this flagrant violation.

Cambodia calls on Thailand to immediately cease all hostilities that threaten peace and stability in the region. At the same time, Cambodia calls on the Thai side to respect the ceasefire agreement, the Joint Statement on the Peace Agreement, and all obligations under international law in a firm, honest, and genuine manner.

Cambodia is firmly committed to respecting and implementing the terms of the ceasefire, the Joint Statement on the Peace Agreement between Cambodia and Thailand, and all agreements reached by both parties in the past, with the utmost good faith and responsibility.

Cambodia adheres to the peaceful resolution of disputes in accordance with international law as well as existing treaties, conventions and agreements, and opposes the threat or use of force, aiming to find a solution that is just, fair, lasting and in accordance with international law.
